Brandie A. Moser
Employment AttorneyWorkplace injustices, such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination, often leave individuals feeling fearful and unsure of their future. As one of six daughters raised by a single mother in Oakland, California, I understand the toll that financial insecurity can take on a person’s wellbeing. This is why helping others overcome financial insecurity has become a passion of mine.
"Brandie Moser is the most compassionate, kind and caring attorney I have ever known.
She truly puts her heart into every case. She works so hard for her clients and she was kind beyond what I deserved...As a single mother who wasn't in the best position, this team was able to come to a settlement that helped both myself and my child. I am forever in your debt."

Workplace injustices, such as wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination, often leave individuals feeling fearful and unsure of their future. As one of six daughters raised by a single mother in Oakland, California, I understand the toll that financial insecurity can take on a person’s wellbeing. This is why helping others overcome financial insecurity has become a passion of mine.
In undergrad, I pursued that passion by volunteering with Junior Achievement and teaching a personal finance course at a high school in a low-income area of San Antonio. In law school, I pursued that passion by participating in the Texas A&M Tax Dispute Resolution Clinic where I represented low-income taxpayers against the IRS. Through this experience, I was able to help people either dispute their debt, set up a payment plan, or otherwise halt IRS collection efforts, which meant saving homes, cars, or other property from being unfairly taken by the IRS.
In addition to being passionate about helping others, I am also a highly competitive person. In my personal life, this competitiveness means that I enjoy friendly competition, including playing volleyball, chess, tennis, and board games. In my professional life, my competitiveness means that I thrive in the adversarial environment of dispute resolute, I push myself to become a better lawyer every day, and I advocate zealously for my clients to obtain the relief they deserve.
I also have a strong passion for fairness and justice. After law school, I pursued that passion as a civil rights lawyer litigating excessive force and jail neglect cases across Texas. Now, as an associate attorney at Ross Scalise Law Group, I pursue justice for clients who have been wronged by their employer. In each case, it is my goal to help my client obtain a fair result so they can leave feeling like justice has been done.
