Claire Lambert

Claire Lambert is an Intake Specialist and administrative team member at Ross Scalise Beeler and Pillischer. Claire joined the firm in August 2026, bringing genuine care for clients to every intake call, file, and piece of correspondence that crosses her desk. In this role, she handles new-client intake calls, schedules appointments with potential clients, manages case files, and oversees the firm’s mailing and document scanning.

Claire graduated summa cum laude with Highest Honors from Texas Tech University Honors College in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Sciences and Humanities, concentrating in Politics, Philosophy, Economics, and Law. At Texas Tech, she was a member of Mortar Board, the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity and National Mock Trial team, and the Women in Pre-Law Society, and she completed Contracts and Constitutional Law coursework at Texas Tech Law School. Her senior thesis, “Intersectional Exclusion and Epistemic Injustice in the Fourteenth Amendment,” reflects her long-standing interest in the law’s role in protecting individual rights. Claire brought that same interest to Powell Law Group, LLP, in 2025, where she worked as a Legal and Legislative Intern, conducting case research, summarizing depositions, and helping draft and revise bills for the Texas Legislature. She is especially proud of how she puts her care for clients into practice at RSBP, ensuring each person who calls in feels heard and supported before their case ever reaches an attorney.

Outside the office, Claire has spent five summers teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding throughout Texas. She loves to stay active with regular workouts and a good book in her downtime, and she enjoys quality time watching TV with her family. Claire has a strong sense of justice and a passion for human rights advocacy, and she hopes to attend law school one day to continue that work as an attorney.
