Emily Waldrop is a paralegal at Ross Scalise Beeler & Pillischer, a role she assumed in May 2026. Emily works closely with Partner Emeritus, Daniel Ross, and Associate, Nathan Inurria, on employment and Fair Labor Standards Act matters, including employment discrimination and unpaid overtime and minimum wage claims. She also assists with the firm’s personal injury docket.

Emily graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1997 with a degree in Criminal Justice. She began her paralegal career more than 25 years ago, initially focusing on medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers’ compensation matters in insurance defense. Throughout her career, she has also worked with plaintiff’s firms handling personal injury, workers’ compensation, and catastrophic injury cases, giving her broad experience from both sides of litigation.

From 2021 to 2026, Emily served as the Nueces County Court Administrator before joining Ross Scalise Beeler & Pillischer. Her extensive legal and court administration background allows her to provide clients and attorneys with knowledgeable, detail-oriented support throughout every stage of a case. Emily is dedicated to ensuring each client receives compassionate service, clear communication, and attentive care.

Outside of work, Emily is married and the proud mother of two children. She enjoys exercising, reading, and traveling.
