Lori Dodge

Lori Dodge is the Director of Finance and Operations at Ross Scalise Beeler and Pillischer, where she oversees financial strategy, human resources, IT, and daily operations. With over 20 years of experience in law firm management, she ensures the firm runs efficiently, managing a multi-million-dollar budget and optimizing internal processes.

Lori holds a Master of Human Resources and Employment Law from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. She is a Certified Legal Manager (CLM), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). She also serves as the Treasurer of the Austin Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

Passionate about creating efficient systems and leveraging technology, Lori finds fulfillment in problem-solving and continuous improvement. Beyond work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her beloved shepherds, Wolfie and Panda.
