Daniel B. Ross Moves to Partner Emeritus; Margo Pillischer Appointed Managing Partner
AUSTIN, TX — After nearly three decades of leading the team at Ross Scalise Beeler Pillischer Employment Lawyers (“RSBP”), founding partner Daniel B. Ross today announces his transition to the role of Partner Emeritus. This new rolereflects an ongoing advisory role in major case strategy and firm culture, while passing the operational reins to the next generation of leadership.
At the same time, the firm is pleased to appoint Margo Pillischer as Managing Partner, responsible for day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and client-service leadership across RSBP’s growing Austin and Texas practice.
Pillischer brings robust experience as a top producer employment attorney and a deep operational understanding of the firm. Having long engaged across intake, legal strategy, marketing and business development, she becomes the first woman to lead the full-service employee-rights practice at RSBP. Her new role encompasses oversight of internal systems, client growth strategy, and expanding the firm’s service to Austin’s diverse workforce.
In conjunction with the transition, Charles Scalise has been named Senior Partner. The first named partner outside of founder Dan Ross, Scalise’s tenure with the firm has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s litigation strength and national reputation in wage-and-hour law. He leads RSBP’s Overtime and Wage Division, where his team has successfully represented employees against some of the largest corporations in the country—including Google, Frito-Lay, and other Fortune 500 employers—securing significant recoveries for workers whose rights were violated.
